Thank you for your interest in adopting from Living Hope Canine Rescue! All potential adopters must submit our Online Adoption Application. We will review your application and contact your references, including your veterinary reference. After we review your information we will contact you and help you find the best match for your home! Depending on the dog you wish to adopt, a home visit may be required prior to final approval of your application. Keep in mind, we often have several people interested in the same dog and, if so, we will select the adopter who we feel is most suitable match for the dog's size, temperament and personality. Once you have submitted your online application, you will receive an email to let you know we received it.
